These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yellowbead Realties – Corporate Retreat at Lac Simon website and your booking or use of our retreat property. By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
The retreat is available for day bookings for teams or groups of up to 10 people, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The property is intended for professional or team retreats, not for large private events or parties.
Guests are expected to respect the property, the natural environment, and local regulations at all times.
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations or date changes are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, maintenance, or safety concerns).
Yellowbead Realties is not responsible for:
Injuries, losses, or damages to guests or personal property during your stay
Weather conditions or natural events affecting access or activities
Third-party services (such as catering or local restaurants) not provided directly by us
By using the property, guests agree to assume responsibility for their own safety and conduct.
Without limiting, you will indemnify and hold harmless Yellowbead Realties from any liability, demand, lawsuit or other claim and from any damages, costs and expenses resulting from any accident, injury (including death) or other indemnity of any nature whatsoever, no matter the cause to any person, including participants and guests or to any of such person’s property.
You must have a valid civil liability insurance policy during the whole duration of the event, that covers all guests and participants as well as their personal property. Yellowbead Realties may require that you provide proof of said insurance and reserves its rights to cancel the booking if the coverage is not sufficient.
No smoking inside the cottage
Respect quiet hours and local wildlife
Leave the property in clean condition (or cleaning fees may apply)
Any damage to the property or its contents will be billed to the booking party
All website content — including text, images, and branding — is the property of Yellowbead Realties and
may not be copied or used without permission.
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or to attempt to interfere with its operation.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or current.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.
